IN FOCUS Concert Photography is looking to thank its followers with a gift card sweepstakes valued at $50 towards a photo session of their choice within the scope of IN FOCUS Concert Photography standard services. Participants should comment and include their favorite concert image of a local band on IN FOCUS Concert Photography Facebook Page. This sweepstakes will run from Sunday April 14th 8:00 am(CST) thru Saturday April 20th at 10:00 pm (CST). The winner will be chosen at random from the list of entries and will be notified via direct message on Facebook 8:00 pm(CST) on Sunday April 21,2019.

- METHODS OF ENTRY
This is Facebook only sweepstakes. Only Comments on original sweepstakes post will be eligible for the gift card prize.
- GENERAL ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is valid for residents of Wisconsin only, and within a limited area of a 50 mile radius of Eau Claire. Participants must be 13 years or older to be a valid entry. This Sweepstakes is not available to anyone in the states of New York, Rhode Island and Florida Void where Prohibited. IN FOCUS Concert Photography reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entry that violates the rules of Facebook The number of entries is limited to one comment per person.
- ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
Entries will not be accepted from our employees or their family members nor from our vendors or sponsors and their families. if entries are submitted by these individuals they will be excluded before the random pick of the winner is completed. Anyone under the age of 13 is ineligible as stated in the above general eligibility statement.
- ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received (1: total entries). No purchase or fee is required to enter or to win. A purchase doesn’t not improve the odds of winning. All Federal, state, local laws regulations,’ and Facebook guidelines apply. This sweepstakes is not available in New York, Rhode Island or Florida.
- PRIZES
IN FOCUS Concert Photography will provide a $50 gift card to the lucky winner, to be used toward photo session of ones choice at IN FOCUS no cash value, prize substitutions, or prize transfers will be permitted.
- WINNERS
All eligible entries received by Saturday April 20th at 10:00 pm (CST) will be entered to win. One winner will be chosen at random using a random winner generator. The results of the selection are final at 8:00 pm(CST) on Sunday April 21,2019. The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook at 8:00 pm(CST) on Sunday April 21,2019, if the winner can’t be contacted,the prize will be forfeited,and an alternative winner will be selected at random.

By participating in this sweepstakes, you are agreeing to allow IN FOCUS Concert Photography to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotion of this sweepstakes without compensation.
